Anti-Terrorism

The October 7, 2023 Hamas attack on Israel terrorized and killed Americans and Israeli citizens alike.  Unfortunately, the attack included the aid and support of UN agency employees, facilities and resources.  The UN Charter does not endorse aiding and abetting crimes against humanity nor the killing, rape and kidnapping of children.  The American Values Law Center is actively supporting a group of lawyers that are working to hold the UN agency and employees accountable for their actions.

Baby-Boomer Rights As baby boomers transition to being senior citizens they are increasingly being targeted and abused by the institutions that they have grown to rely upon for health and safety. In many states, state and local officials are guilty of ignoring threats to this community while in other states the right to hold abusers accountable has been, as a practical matter, eliminated.  

Corporate Abuses 
While laws are supposed to be enforced without favoritism, that is not the case. Many corporate abuses are simply ignored by regulators and government officials. In other cases, government regulators are outgunned and outmanned by multi-billion dollar special interests. The American Values Law Center is dedicated to leveling the playing field so that the "little guy" has the opportunity and resources to enforce their rights against non-governmental players that violate law, regulations or individual rights.
