Mission Statement

The American Values Law Center is a private not-for-profit corporation whose mission and aim is 

The protection, defense, enforcement, and enhancement of the Rule of Law
 and constitutional and personal rights consistent with American Values.

The American Values Law Center provides funding and professional support for innovative litigation strategies that bends the arc of history to one that is more just and equitable for everyone regardless of religion, race or creed. We do that by combining cutting-edge litigation strategies with advocacy, communications and education on a broad range of civil and human rights issues.

All of our actions and decisions are grounded in Judeo-Christian values and teachings, and promote human rights, religious freedom, equality, free speech, government transparency and accountability. We believe in "draining the swamp" and holding government officials accountable when they violate their oaths and abuse their powers.

We fight for the rights and freedoms of ordinary people when taken advantage of by corporate interests, government overreach, unscrupulous operators or terrorists.
